David Sirota has an excellent analysis on the travesty that is now playing out on Capitol Hill, but he does not take the next step of suggesting we directly hold the special intrensts’ feet to the fire. Imagine if the pressure that is now being exerted upon Congress and the Senate were also exerted upon the US Chamber of Commerce, American Bankers Association and the Financial Services Roundtable.
