Is there anyone, anyone short of Robert Novak, with less moral authority on the subject of patriotism than Andrea Mitchell? Here is a women who knew that Rove and Libby were shopping the Plame story all over Washington. She could have said something. She could have reported that Rove and Libby were attempting to expose an intelligence operation as part of a political vendetta. She could have been a hero. Instead she maintained a gangster’s omerta and betrayed her country. Shame on her. Shame on her. She should be shunned by all patriots.
